Your Role

• Partnering with Engineering Managers and Hiring Managers to assess their talent requirements
• Shepherding the time and resources at your disposal effectively and keeping your business partners up to speed on a regular basis
• Full execution of the Staizen recruitment process:
  • identify business needs with the Engineering and business teams
  • identify the key experts of the market, phone, and face to face interviews
  • present the best candidates to the Staizen community, background checks, applications follow-up, including HR administration
• You’ll recruit for the APAC and Europe region
• You’ll write performance reviews and help to solve internal issues.
• Be a professional networker: manipulate social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter …) to expand the Staizen values, knowledge, and image
• Hunt the best candidates (employee/freelancer) on the social network’s market
• Manage the posting of job vacancies on the best performing recruitment channels (responsiveness, quality)
• Prepare the ‘On-boarding’ of newcomers
• Support the engineering management teams throughout their managerial needs (training, HR follow-up, etc.)

Requirements

• Ideally, a fresh graduate with recruitment or talent acquisition internship experiences
• Good understanding of recruitment
• Ability to interact with cross-functional teams
• A genuine interest in technology as shown by continuous learning throughout your career
• Skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation, and employment market trends
• A combination of corporate and agency/executive search experience is preferred
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
