For more information, visit In one sentence, the role involves handling incidents and service requests from customers/end‑users by following the standard methods and procedures of the unit. Job Responsibilities Conduct continuous system health checks and real‑time alert monitoring to ensure optimal performance and availability of supported applications. Manage and monitor support mailboxes to promptly identify, categorize, and respond to incoming issues and notifications. Provide first‑level technical analysis for incidents related to Amdocs‑supported applications. Perform initial triaging and resolution of incidents for both internal and external stakeholders. Act as the primary communication channel between customers and the Amdocs Technical Support team. Manage and respond to service requests routed to Amdocs‑supported applications. Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to address technical issues. Assist in conducting sanity checks following technical changes, patch deployments, or system migrations. Execute basic database queries and deploy data patches as required. Perform data analysis and generate daily operational and billing reports in accordance with SOPs. Maintain and update documentation for internal processes and external procedures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Science/IT/Computer Science or equivalent. Preferred with 0‑11 years of experience in IT operations. Open to fresh graduates (year 2024/2025). Experience writing software code in at least one programming language. Good knowledge of Object‑Oriented Design and development. Experience in Production Support/Application Support. Willing to work on a day shift, 5 days per week in BGC Office, Taguig City.
