Key Responsibilities Record and classify all financial transactions in accordance with applicable accounting principles. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts receivable and payable. Ensure compliance with tax obligations and prepare tax filings. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting. Support internal and external audits. Maintain up‑to‑date accounting books and financial documentation. Provide financial advice and insights to management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting roles. Knowledge of local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS). Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks). Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ethical standards. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Work Conditions Full‑time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Location: Colombia.
