You will play a key role in helping them win more work and stay ahead of their project pipeline, all from the comfort of your own location. What you’ll be working on: Prepare accurate material and labour takeoffs from construction drawings (mainly timber frames, cladding, fixouts, etc.) Develop and submit estimates using our internal templates Assist with BOQs, RFQs, RFI, and tender documentation Liaise with suppliers for updated pricing as needed Work with our team to refine pricing strategies Maintain version control and estimate logs Be confident with Ground Plan & Ascora, and be able to provide take-offs on time Be available on video (Zoom) during work hours to facilitate in-office collaborations. (Mon- Fri) 9 am to 3 pm (AU time). What we’re looking for: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential or commercial carpentry estimating, preferably on Australian-based projects. Fresh graduates with a relevant educational background in construction, engineering, or quantity surveying are also welcome to apply.
