Location: Taguig, Philippines. As a member of a multi-functional agile team, you will develop and maintain efficient, reusable, reliable, and secure code. Your role involves adhering to company standards and established software methodologies while focusing on delivering high-quality enterprise software. You will implement and perform automated tests to ensure that the software produced is robust and diligent. Additionally, you will provide technical support to operations and other development teams, mentor peers and junior developers, and champion their growth to improve team performance. Through agile retrospectives and reviews, you will seek innovative ways to optimize team workflows and continuously improve. Essential Skills Over 10 years of software development experience, particularly in full-stack roles. Proficiency in the Java Spring framework. Strong understanding of MongoDB architecture and object-oriented programming principles. Expertise in automating unit and integration testing. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, security considerations, and secure coding practices. Ability to write clean, maintainable code and reusable Java components. Proficiency in Git for version control, including rebase and sub-module management. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Desired Skills / Experience Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Experience with Python and Java development. Experience working with AI models, particularly LLMs (e.g. GPT, Claude). Experience building AI‑powered applications. Experience with Maven multi‑modules development and lifecycle. Experience with serverless functions and microservices. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
