Role 1: Adobe DAM Business Analyst and Scrum Lead (Technical)

Reports to: Adobe DAM Technical Lead (Dharmesh)

Team: Tech Stack Portfolio Governance and Transformation

Role Overview:

This role combines technical business analysis and agile delivery leadership to support the successful end-to-end implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) . The individual will act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, DAM technical teams, and IT to translate business needs into technical specifications, drive metadata and tagging models, coordinate integrations across platforms (AEM Sites, Marketo, PathFactory, Workfront, Google Campaign Manager), and own QA and validation cycles. The role will also facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain sprint deliverable tracking to ensure structured and timely delivery of Adobe DAM capabilities.

  • Metadata & Schema Design
  • Gather functional requirements and define the metadata schema, folder structures, Smart Tags, and controlled vocabularies for asset classification.
  • Map metadata to usage channels (Email, Web, Paid Media) and structure asset types by campaign, product, region, and language.
  • Collaborate with Christy (Process/PMO) to ensure schema supports business workflows and is reflected in intake forms (e.g., DART).
  • Platform Integration Requirements
  • Author detailed technical specs for integrations between AEM Assets and:
  • AEM Sites – asset linking, publishing, and Experience Fragments.
  • Marketo – DAM image URL reference, asset sync, usage tracking.
  • Workfront via Fusion – asset intake automation, metadata sync.
  • Flexitive – dynamic image rendition sync and versioning.
  • Google Campaign Manager – asset delivery and creative mapping.
  • Work with IT and platform teams to validate payloads, API triggers, and data mapping across systems.
  • Workflow & Automation Specs
  • Define and document asset lifecycle workflows (e.g., versioning, approval gates, archival triggers).
  • Specify automation triggers in Workfront-to-DAM workflows using Fusion (e.g., auto-ingestion from approved Workfront projects).
  • Act as Scrum Lead for Adobe DAM sprint cycles, managing Jira boards, sprint velocity, and backlog grooming.
  • Coordinate stories across technical and process workstreams, manage cross-functional dependencies, and report delivery progress to Dharmesh.
  • QA, UAT & Validation
  • Asset delivery across Marketo, PathFactory, and AEM Sites
  • End-to-end ingestion from Workfront via Fusion
  • Track defects and lead triage sessions with technical teams.
  • Proof-of-Concepts (POCs)
  • Drive POCs for new DAM capabilities (e.g., dynamic media streaming, auto-tagging AI models, asset governance workflows).
  • Validate feasibility, performance, and technical fit; capture configuration settings and learnings for production implementation.
  • Documentation & Training
  • Develop technical documentation for metadata models, integration workflows, schema references, asset lifecycle states, and error handling logic.
  • Support enablement teams with technical inputs to user guides and training materials.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in technical business analysis or product owner roles within Martech, DAM, or digital content ecosystems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe AEM Assets (Cloud), metadata schema modeling, and DAM governance.
  • Hands-on experience with systems integration (REST APIs, Fusion, IMS) across Adobe and third-party platforms.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, Jira, and backlog management.
  • Working knowledge of Workfront, Flexitive, Marketo, and AEM Sites is highly preferred.
  • Strong QA planning, testing, and validation skills with digital asset workflows.
Role 2: Content & Compliance Operations Lead (Technical)

Reports to: Tech Stack Audit and Compliance Lead (Dharmesh)

Team: Tech Stack Portfolio Governance and Transformation

Role Overview:

The Content & Compliance Business Analyst and Operations Lead is a hybrid role responsible for analyzing, documenting, and operationalizing content technology workflows and ensuring sustained compliance and performance across Martech stack. This role drives the day-to-day operations of online video platforms , leads cross-channel personalization enablement using Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Cloud integrations, and owns the full compliance lifecycle across CASPR, ESP , and future RAI (Responsible AI) governance frameworks. The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis discipline, a systems-thinking mindset, and hands-on platform operations experience to scale compliant, personalized, and data-driven content delivery.

Key Technical Deliverables & Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Workflow Documentation

  • Translate marketing and platform owner needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and operational workflows for personalization, compliance, and video publishing.
  • Create business process documentation for consent-aware content targeting, video asset governance, and audit support procedures.
  • Define data, tagging, and metadata specifications required to support integration of Adobe Target with AEP, CDP, AJO, and CJA.

Video Platform Operations & M&A Consolidation

  • Manage daily operations and support for video platforms (e.g., Brightcove), including video ingestion, tagging schema enforcement, player configurations, CDN publishing, and troubleshooting.
  • Lead M&A platform discovery and consolidation efforts — identify redundant or legacy video tools, assess security and compliance risks, and plan asset migration into the standard platform.
  • Maintain operational documentation, asset lineage logs, and system usage reports to support performance monitoring and audit needs.

Adobe Target Use Case Definition & Experience Cloud Integration

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and platform leads to write detailed use cases for how Adobe Target will support A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalized experiences across web and email.
  • Define audience targeting strategies based on identity resolution via AEP and B2B CDP, and document how these audiences will flow into Adobe Target for activation.
  • Partner with data and architecture teams to map end-to-end workflows across Adobe Target, AEP, AJO, and CJA — including user journeys, decisioning logic, and performance measurement flows.
  • Create operationalization process documentation , including flow diagrams, data mapping tables, trigger conditions, and QA checkpoints to guide scalable implementation of Adobe Target integrations.

Compliance Governance: CASPR, ESP & RAI

  • Act as the day-to-day compliance lead for marketing technologies, managing all CASPR submissions , security/privacy reviews, exceptions tracking, and remediation workflows.
  • Maintain up-to-date ESP (Enterprise Portfolio System) records for platform ownership, business justification, renewal status, and compliance posture.
  • Prepare for Responsible AI (RAI) review requirements, particularly in content-related GenAI tools — including prompt logging, usage boundaries, and human-in-the-loop validation processes.

Audit Management & Risk Mitigation

  • Lead quarterly compliance and tracking audits across personalization, video, and analytics platforms to ensure adherence to privacy, security, and legal policies.
  • Develop and maintain audit-ready documentation — including architecture diagrams, process logs, SOC 2 / ISO certifications, incident tracking, and remediation actions.
  • Partner with IT, Infosec, Legal, and platform SMEs to respond to audit requests and ensure timely closure of findings.

Enablement, Support & Change Management

  • Create and maintain user training materials, SOPs, and onboarding guides for Adobe Target, Brightcove, and compliance workflows.
  • Lead onboarding and support coordination for new platform owners and M&A teams transitioning into Martech ecosystem.
  • Serve as Tier-1/2 operational support for video and personalization platform issues, escalating to Dharmesh or IT as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Platform Operations Lead in Martech, Digital Experience, or Marketing Compliance.
  • Strong understanding of Adobe Target personalization workflows , and working knowledge of integrations with AEP, CDP, AJO, and CJA .
  • Hands-on experience managing video platforms such as Brightcove , including asset management, player configuration, and CDN optimization.
  • Proven experience navigating CASPR, ESP , or similar enterprise compliance platforms; familiarity with security review processes and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead internal and external audits , manage documentation, and close compliance gaps.
  • Experience supporting or integrating technologies during M&A transitions (preferably in a global enterprise context).
  • Strong analytical, technical documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Experience with OneTrust, Tealium, and Adobe Analytics is a plus.
