Partner Experience Officer Junior Consultant CGI – Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Full‑Time, Entry‑Level Job Summary In this role, you will act as an Engagement Ambassador by helping support the employee engagement of the company or business unit wide activities/initiatives. This role offers hands‑on experience in planning, organizing, and executing activities that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promote company values, and encourage open feedback. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate engagement initiatives. Organize and support employee engagement activities such as team‑building sessions, wellness programs, cultural celebrations, and recognition campaigns. Manage logistics for virtual and in‑person events: venue booking, materials preparation, vendor coordination, on‑site support. Create and propose engaging content for internal communications (emails, posters, newsletters, intranet posts, surveys) in collaboration with stakeholders and MarComm team. Maintain event calendars, track attendance, and facilitate pre‑ and post‑event surveys and feedback collection to assess impact and improve future initiatives. Collaborate cross‑functionally with various departments to ensure high participation and alignment with company values and culture. Research and recommend creative engagement ideas tailored to a diverse, multi‑generational, multicultural workforce. Assist in interpreting results, preparing reports and presentations that highlight engagement metrics, survey results, and actionable insights to support continuous improvement. Adhere to all company‑mandated responsibilities. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in event planning or employee engagement preferred. Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across functions. Proactive and self‑motivated, with a sense of ownership and commitment to continuous improvement. Security Responsibilities Ensure the security and confidentiality of information used or managed. Follow legislation and company policies related to data protection, privacy, intellectual property, and retention of public records. Act with propriety when using business unit information resources. Familiarize with and conform to the Information Security policy, standards, and guidelines. Report immediately to Line Manager and Information Security Officer any breaches or suspected breaches of the CGI Philippines Information Security policy.
