Key responsibilities include generating leads, building trust, providing consultative solutions, managing customer relationships, and leveraging strong communication skills to help customers protect their homes and loved ones. The role involves self-motivated sales efforts, collaboration with sales teams, and utilizing CRM systems to track progress and earn commissions with potential for unlimited income. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement : Build relationships with potential and existing customers by assessing their security needs and offering personalized ADT solutions. Sales & Lead Generation : Generate sales leads and opportunities through various methods, including direct marketing, door-to-door canvassing, and utilizing provided leads. Consultative Selling : Deliver compelling presentations of ADT products and services, emphasizing their benefits over competitors to create customized solutions. Goal Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals, earning performance-based bonuses and commissions. Relationship Management : Foster strong, ongoing relationships with customers by providing excellent service, follow-up, and support. Collaboration & Support : Work with other sales representatives and support staff to ensure seamless and effective sales processes. Sales Process Management : Manage customer interactions and sales pipelines using CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up. Post-Installation Follow-Up : Conduct follow-up calls to confirm customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for referrals.
