We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst with high-level managerial experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have an expert-level understanding of QuickBooks Online, a strong ability to prepare and analyze financial statements, and a keen eye for identifying errors. The role requires a deep understanding of CQ (Corrective Action) control in relation to QA (Quality Assurance) activities to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements and reports to senior management. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Ensure accuracy and compliance of all financial records and transactions in QuickBooks Online. Managerial Duties: Lead and mentor a team of junior financial analysts, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Oversee financial operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support business decisions. Quality Assurance & Control: Implement and manage Corrective Action (CQ) control processes to mitigate risks and improve the accuracy of financial reporting. Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to identify potential financial discrepancies and implement corrective measures. Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies. QuickBooks Online Expertise: Maintain and manage the company's financial data within QuickBooks Online, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to QuickBooks Online, ensuring the system is optimized for financial reporting. Provide training and support to staff on QuickBooks Online as needed. Error Identification & Resolution: Identify and correct errors in financial data, ensuring all financial information is accurate and reliable. Develop and implement processes to prevent future errors and improve the efficiency of financial operations. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial analysis, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Extensive experience with QuickBooks Online, including advanced features and integrations. Proven experience in financial statement preparation and analysis. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Knowledge of CQ control processes in relation to QA activities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle complex financial data and reporting.
