Having proficiency in Excel formulas, lookup functions, text functions, and data validation can give you an edge. You need a very fine eye for detail and a deep understanding of data analysis tools and databases. Responsibilities: - Analyze and compile data from various sources using Microsoft Excel. - Create numerical and graphical reports. - Ensure compliance with internal control procedures. - Collect data from multiple platforms. - Create and audit product listings on Amazon and Shopify. - Identify and report discrepancies and root causes. - Recommend process improvements for team efficiency. Requirements: - At least 1 year experience in analyzing data or reports generation using MS Excel - Advance Excel skills (formulas, functions, shortcuts) - Strong English communication skills - Ability to work independently and with attention detail - Graduate of a Business or IT-related course. - Willing to work on graveyard or shifting schedule during peak seasons - Willing to start as soon as possible
