Job Responsibilities
  1. Engage Distributors/Customers and ensure dissemination of relevant market and portfolio information on a timely basis

Provide necessary support for seminars, conference calls, and branch visits with Financial Advisors and clients. Update and educate the audience on key market events and investment outlooks regularly.

Explain fund performance, investment policy, strategy, and positioning to Financial Advisors and clients on a regular basis.

Coordinate with various key stakeholders on Investment Reports to ensure high report quality and timely release.

  1. Drive initiatives to educate and update financial advisors and clients about investments

Analyze communication gaps and develop alternative channels or modes to bridge these gaps.

Undertake and supervise initiatives for continually educating and updating the Sales team, Financial Advisors, and clients on investments and financial markets.

  1. Nurture and manage relationships with key distribution channels of AXA and ensure resolution of queries/issues regarding investment-related matters

Build relationships and trust with AXA's distribution channels by providing solutions to issues related to Unit-Linked/Investment matters.

  1. Participate in product development, especially brainstorming for new mandate ideas. Ensure new product offerings align with market needs and are competitive to attract new portfolio inflows.

Experience as a Relationship Manager in a foreign or local bank, managing the premier customer segment.

- Knowledge of financial products is essential; insurance experience is preferred.

- Experience in sales and marketing is required.

- Graduate in Business, Economics, or related fields preferred.

- Communication experience is a plus.
