Review and analyze various contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Identify and communicate potential legal risks and provide recommendations for mitigation. Draft and prepare legal documents, including but not limited to contracts, memoranda, and other corporate documents. Assist in the preparation, filing, and maintenance of legal pleadings, motions, and other court documents. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of legal filings. Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law to support legal opinions and decisions. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization. Must be a member of the Philippine Bar in good standing. Strong research, analytical, and writing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
