In this role, you will own the Personal Loan product, drive its growth, profitability, and competitiveness, and lead product innovation initiatives that enhance customer experience and strengthen EastWests market position. Responsibilities Drive growth and profitability of the Personal Loan product through product and process initiatives aligned with business strategies. Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and support business expansion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product functionalities and integrate them into digital platforms. Review and endorse product programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. Maintain updated product information and ensure adherence to all relevant regulations. Lead, mentor, and develop team members to drive performance and career growth.
