We are looking for a well-organized HR Generalist to organize and coordinate administration duties, office procedures, and facilitating recruitment. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and oversee our full cycle recruiting. The HR Generalist will report to the HR Manager. The ideal candidate should display strong conflict management and decision-making skills with a solid understanding of employee relations, staffing management, and payroll and benefits administration. You must be reliable, able to multitask, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Serving as a point person for all employee questions, concerns and needs
• Completing all joining, orientation and exit formalities
• Oversee the quality of services of all vendors including outside contractors, lawyers and others; ensure compliance with governmental relations and labor laws
• Purchasing and inventory of supplies and equipment; maintain proper stock levels
• Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
• Office maintenance and improvements of facility
• Participate in planning and execution of employee engagements
• Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
• Write and post technical job descriptions; screen IT resumes
• Perform pre-screening calls and interview candidates using structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions
• Maintain records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
• Source candidates on niche platforms (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed)
• Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails to passive candidates
• Schedule job interviews and assist in the interview process
• Prioritize multiple tasks and work independently
• Assist with performance management procedures
• Keep up to date with new HR technology trends and talent recruitment methodologies

• 3-5 years of proven experience in human resources and administration
• 2-4 years of proven experience in talent hiring
• Experience in developing talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting)
• Ability to work under tight deadlines to close positions
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field
• Must be able to work from 3pm to 12am PH time
• Fast computer typing skills (MS Office)
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
