Responsibilities
- Drafts and reviews legal documents (affidavits, secretary certificates, quitclaims, contracts, memorandum of agreement, deeds, etc.)
- Prepares internal and external correspondences
- Meet with clients and buyers in escalated disputes, concerns, issues, etc.
- Permitting, licensing, and compliance officer
- Handles day-to-day concerns, inquiries, and legal procedures for property managers on site-related issues.
- Attends meetings, conciliations, and mediations with clients, buyers, HOA, Condominium Corporations, and local and national government agencies
- Coordinate with handling lawyers and firms for cases filed by and against the company
- Consistently provided legal assistance and support to all company departments to ensure lawful compliance.
- Supervise the pull-out and return of original copies of titles in the vault.
- Performs other administrative tasks and duties when the need arises.
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or any equivalent.
- Familiarity with government transactions, permits and licensing requirements, and reportorial requirements
- With at least a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate or construction law/industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of contract law, construction law, property transactions, and regulatory compliance.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
