Responsibilities

  • Drafts and reviews legal documents (affidavits, secretary certificates, quitclaims, contracts, memorandum of agreement, deeds, etc.)
  • Prepares internal and external correspondences
  • Meet with clients and buyers in escalated disputes, concerns, issues, etc.
  • Permitting, licensing, and compliance officer
  • Handles day-to-day concerns, inquiries, and legal procedures for property managers on site-related issues.
  • Attends meetings, conciliations, and mediations with clients, buyers, HOA, Condominium Corporations, and local and national government agencies
  • Coordinate with handling lawyers and firms for cases filed by and against the company
  • Consistently provided legal assistance and support to all company departments to ensure lawful compliance.
  • Supervise the pull-out and return of original copies of titles in the vault.
  • Performs other administrative tasks and duties when the need arises.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or any equivalent.
  • Familiarity with government transactions, permits and licensing requirements, and reportorial requirements
  • With at least a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate or construction law/industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, construction law, property transactions, and regulatory compliance.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
