Responsibilities Drafts and reviews legal documents (affidavits, secretary certificates, quitclaims, contracts, memorandum of agreement, deeds, etc.) Prepares internal and external correspondences Meet with clients and buyers in escalated disputes, concerns, issues, etc. Permitting, licensing, and compliance officer Handles day-to-day concerns, inquiries, and legal procedures for property managers on site-related issues. Attends meetings, conciliations, and mediations with clients, buyers, HOA, Condominium Corporations, and local and national government agencies Coordinate with handling lawyers and firms for cases filed by and against the company Consistently provided legal assistance and support to all company departments to ensure lawful compliance. Supervise the pull-out and return of original copies of titles in the vault. Performs other administrative tasks and duties when the need arises. Qualifications Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or any equivalent. Familiarity with government transactions, permits and licensing requirements, and reportorial requirements With at least a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate or construction law/industry. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong understanding of contract law, construction law, property transactions, and regulatory compliance. High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
