Key Responsibilities Support the development and maintenance of internal web-based applications and data systems. Assist in designing and implementing both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (Python or similar) components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including senior executives — to gather requirements, identify process improvements, and deliver technology solutions. Build and maintain APIs, databases, and automation processes. Support data analysis and visualization efforts to help communicate insights to management. Participate in testing, debugging, and documentation to ensure stability and accuracy of systems. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in software development. Basic understanding or training in: Front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript Back-end programming: Python (experience with Django, Flask, or similar frameworks is a plus) Databases and APIs Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a structured environment. Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical ideas clearly to business leaders.
