The Project Services Implementation Consultant is expected to independently manage concurrent projects and overall workload in accordance with ADP's Service Excellence standard, as well as in alignment to NAS Project Services best practices. Success and performance indicators are assessed through the following systems: Client satisfaction measured by survey; efficiency and productivity captured in metrics such as project duration and response and action that meet established timelines; quality and accuracy determined through project notes and documentation and presence of production errors; and feedback from Support, Leaders, and internal partners in relation to assigned work and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage concurrent projects and workload in line with ADP's Service Excellence standard and NAS best practices.
• Deliver high-quality project notes and documentation with attention to accuracy and production error avoidance.
• Coordinate with Support, Leaders, and internal partners to align on responsibilities and performance expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HCM-related field, programming, or equivalent education and experience.
• Proficient PC navigation skills.
• Experience working on multiple, concurrent projects.
• Experience in high-volume, problem resolution, technical client services.
• Experience or training in Project Management is helpful.
• Experience in conducting training sessions is helpful.
• US Benefits & Payroll knowledge is a plus.
• Technical training or equivalent experience in HR, Payroll, Time systems is highly preferred.
• Industry certifications such as PHR, CPP, FPC are a plus.
• Experience or certifications in Business Analysis, Networking, Database usage, SQL is highly preferred.
