The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in human resources management and a deep understanding of the hiring process. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle all aspects of HR operations efficiently.Key Responsibilities:-Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.-Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.-Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.-Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.-Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, and other perks.-Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.-Handle HR-related queries and resolve any arising issues promptly and effectively.-Conduct training and development programs for employees.Requirements:-Proven working experience as an HR Expert or similar role.In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.-Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.-Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.-Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.What We Offer:-Competitive salary and benefits package.-A supportive and inclusive work environment.-Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
