Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greeting customers, assisting them in finding products, answering questions about merchandise, and addressing customer complaints or issues.
Merchandise Management: Restocking shelves, organizing products, arranging displays, and notifying management when inventory levels are low.
Sales and Transactions: Operating the cash register, processing sales, and handling returns or exchanges.
Store Maintenance: Keeping the sales floor and other areas clean, tidy, and well-presented.
Inventory Control: Assisting with receiving new merchandise and conducting periodic inventory checks to report discrepancies.
Promotional Support: Helping to set up promotional displays and assisting with in-store events.
Essential Skills
Customer Service: The ability to provide excellent service, be courteous, and build positive customer relationships.
Communication: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling transactions and managing inventory.
