Logistic Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Fleet Management:
Monitor and track the status of all vehicles within the fleet.
Coordinate and schedule deliveries to ensure timely and efficient operations.
Implement and manage systems for tracking vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance needs.

• Maintenance & Repairs:
Develop and oversee a preventative maintenance schedule to ensure all vehicles are serviced regularly.
Coordinate with internal maintenance teams or external service providers for repairs and servicing.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including costs and timelines.

• Operational Coordination:
Work closely with dispatch and logistics teams to streamline fleet operations and address any issues promptly.
Assist in the planning and execution of fleet movements to optimize routes and reduce downtime.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

• Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, maintenance status, and operational efficiency.
Analyze data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement.

• Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all fleet-related inquiries and concerns.
Communicate effectively with drivers, maintenance staff, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

An associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation management, or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in fleet management, logistics coordination, or a comparable role.
Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Skilled in utilizing fleet management software and other relevant tools.
Capacity to work well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks effectively.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong dedication to safety and adherence to compliance standards.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
