• Responsible for receiving Materials, Tools and Equipment deliveries and checks as to the exact quantity and specification of items reflected in the, Item Transfer form, Delivery Receipts and Purchase Order.

• Issuance of Material, Tools and Equipment

• Maintain proper stocking of Materials, Tools and Equipment.

• Prepare Incident report for any problem occurred at site that correlate to warehousing

• Submit Time keeping/Daily time record and other documents to head office

• Process delivery gate pass and permit needed at Site.

• Daily manpower monitoring and Time keeping

• Preparation of Weekly fixed assets listing and material inventory.

• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of site

• Prepare Itinerary Transfer form (ITF) for any Site transfer and return of items at head office

• Prepare Authority to deduct (ATD) of workers for Uniform, PPE`s and Tools.

• Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
