The Refrigeration Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of industrial refrigeration systems, including Freon and Ammonia-based equipment. This role ensures that all refrigeration units are operating within designated parameters to support production, storage, and facility needs.

Qualifications:
At least a High School Graduate
Technical-Vocational Certification (e.g., in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning) is a plus
With proven experience in operating GEA Refrigeration Systems, including systems using Freon and Ammonia-based refrigerants
Familiarity with other industrial refrigeration systems is an advantage
Competent in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of refrigeration equipment
Ability to diagnose system issues and implement timely solutions
