Surveillance Technician

Main Duties and Responsibilities:• Responsible for the monitoring, and servicing systems, diagnosing problems and troubleshooting equipment, running tests and completing reports, updating and improving existing systems, and repairing or replacing faulty equipment• Provides a wide range of services to support, fix, and maintain the hardware and software of an organization's computer systems or bingo machines• IT technician responsibilities include installing and configuring computer hardware and being the primary point of contact for IT support within a company• Attending meetings with technical team and disseminating the matters discussed to the superior• Updating management on the progress of matters discussed with the technical team, following up & coordinating pending issues• Running tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendations• Repairing or replacing faulty equipmentQualifications:• Degree in IT/Technician or equivalent qualification with a professional education body• At least 3 years of bingo / online casino experience in the gaming industry for the Philippine market.• Proven work experience as Technician / IT• Fluent in both written & verbal English• Experienced in inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment• Good and strong work attitude• Has knowledge of the technical aspect of the set-up (lights, sounds, streaming)• Strong analytical thinking skills• Ability to pay attention to detail• Ability to explain problems simply and clearlyQualificationsBachelor’s DegreeSkills RequiredCommunication Skills
