Wardrobe Associate

Main Duties and Responsibilities:• Organize and maintain the costume inventory, including clothing, accessories, and props.• Prepare costumes for hosts by fitting, altering, and repairing them.• Assist in shopping for costumes and accessories.• Clean, press, and store costumes and accessories properly to maintain their quality and appearance.• Assist in the planning and execution of costume changes during performances or shoots.• Help hosts with costume changes as needed.• Keep accurate records of wardrobe inventory and expenses.• Work with other members of the production team to ensure that costumes are consistent with the overall vision of the production.• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed in the costume department.Qualifications:• Knowledge of costume history and design.• Ability to sew and alter costumes.• Excellent organizational and time management skills.• Good communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.• Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.• Some experience in a wardrobe department or related field preferred.• High school diploma or equivalent.QualificationsBachelor’s DegreeSkills RequiredCommunication Skills
