Company Nurse

Provide general First Aid to employee when required assess employee health risk , and promote employee benefit. They provide safety management , advice, monitoring and reporting in the work place and engage staff in programs that ensure safe practice in the work place.Specific Responsibilities:Develop and implement health and safety programs.Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.Administer over-the-counter medication to employeesCreate a clean, and comfortable sickbay area.Promote healthy eating and wellness programs.Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.Improve the health of employees through on-going programs and health checksDevelops strategies to ensure maximum employee work input.Communicate with management on a regular basis.Attend Seminar workshop on HIV/AIDS, Gender Sensitivity , Family Planning , and Stress Management.Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practiceQUALIFICATIONBachelor degree of NursingRegistered Nurse with An Active Licensewith at least 1 year experiences as a company nurse.With good oral and written communication skills.
