COMPANY PROFILE: An international European contact center specializing in IT has expanded its presence in the Philippines. The company supports consumer product businesses in developing their digital vision and driving transformation initiatives that contribute to sustained growth in the consumer goods industry. They are currently looking for Mandarin-speaking professionals to support their Mandarin team.
Position: Mandarin Senior Project Lead

McKinley, Taguig City Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (9am-6pm | Monday-Friday)
Salary:
Php 90,000-Php 115,000 Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up

- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
- Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end artwork, printing, and digital asset creation processes within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment.
- Having at least 10 years of experience in artwork management and packaging within CPG or FMCG industries, including 6 years in a team leadership role.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while coordinating across marketing, R&D, sourcing, design agencies, and operations teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira for tracking tasks, timelines, and project progress.
- Working knowledge of artwork and design tools is an advantage; while hands-on design work is not required, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is beneficial for effective collaboration with creative teams. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
- Collaborate closely with a key client’s global innovation and design teams, supporting the delivery of packaging artwork projects.
- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of packaging artwork projects within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization.
- Ensure the timely, cost-efficient delivery of high-quality artwork while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align execution with broader business objectives and operational goals.
- Oversee artwork project reporting, ensuring clear updates on progress, challenges, and proposed solutions. Share key insights with senior artwork project managers and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and engagement.
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and potential delays in the artwork development process, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage and streamline feedback cycles by consolidating inputs to reduce revisions and improve overall efficiency.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to associate artwork project managers and project coordinators, supporting their development and performance. RECRUITMENT PROCESS
