Job Purpose:
As a Call Center Representative, you will support patients by professionally handling inquiries, resolving billing issues, and processing self-pay balances. Your role is essential in ensuring an excellent patient experience while supporting healthcare revenue cycle operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Respond to patient inquiries and disputes over the phone by researching and providing accurate information
-Process credit card payments to settle outstanding self-pay balances
-Analyze and resolve issues on patient accounts
-Maintain productivity and quality standards as outlined in team policies
-Remain composed and professional when handling difficult calls
-Participate in other related tasks and special projects
Qualifications:
-Highschool Graduate (Old Curriculum) and Higher
-At least 6 Months of call center experience (Voice international Account)
-Strong verbal communication and organizational skills
-Proficient in MS Office
-English fluency required; bilingual is a plus
-Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively
-Willing to work onsite and on US shifts
