• Assist customers with technical and service concerns
• Troubleshoot basic software, hardware, and internet issues
• Provide step-by-step technical guidance
• Document issues and resolutions
• Escalate complex concerns when necessary
• Meet quality and productivity targets Qualifications
• High School or Senior High School graduate
• No BPO or call center experience required
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules Benefits
