- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and platform solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and other platform customizations.
- Build and enhance automated workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, deployments, and production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Deliver scalable, high-quality solutions following ServiceNow development best practices. Requirements
- Hands on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with scripting, workflow automation, and application development.
- Experience using Flow Designer and/or Workflow Editor.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, or IntegrationHub.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, or SPM.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
