Responsible for the application, maintenance and support management, databasemanagement, project management, developing/programming, business operations’efficiency and adoption.II. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Application/Development/programming.o Responsible for the management of software programs and applications, with abilityto create, develop programs and reports that will be helpful in business operationsas will be determined by the BPOs/BPSs.• Maintenance and Supporto Responsible for the maintenance and support of SAP and non SAP applications inclose collaboration with third parties and concerned units, BPOs/BPS, businesspartners.o Ensure monitoring, updating and compliance of all software contracts andengagements.o Conduct of regular update meetings for status ofrequests/tickets relative to troubleshooting or resolution of any concerns withbusiness application software support teams or third party and ensuringcompliance to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and or equivalent.o Ensure all system software applications are running smoothly to support businessoperations.• Database Managemento Creating, executing, and maintaining company databases as it connects to theERP and all other systems.• Project Managemento Leading teams in the implementation and upgrading orenhancement of software applications in close collaboration with all concerned unitsand will be determined and approved by the business.o Leading the technical team in the rollout of new/enhanced softwareapplications and liaise with the business, internal,external and/or business partners, to ensure there are no issues and are alignedwith the metrics of the project in closecollaboration with Corporate Quality Management.o Creating and overseeing protocols and procedures for the use of any new/enhancedsoftware applications in collaboration with all relevant teams, local, regional, orglobal and ensure integration of all software/systems.• Business operations’ efficiencyo Understanding business operations vis-a-vis business's computer systems, determineand endorse which software applications or modules could improve efficiency basedon businessrequirements, SAP or Non-SAP, in close collaboration withCorporate Quality Management and BPOs/BPSs.o Maintaining up-to-knowledge of the latest softwaredevelopments and latest technology that can help the business operationefficiencies.o Making recommendations on whether to upgrade the existing systems or installnew ones.o Training employees and ensuring adoption on the use of all softwareapplications.
