Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Reporting Accountant to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and efficient financial management. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our accounting records and providing essential financial insights to support business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & CompliancePrepare and post monthly journal vouchers for financial statements.Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies in all financial transactions.Generate and analyze accounting data to provide accurate financial information.Conduct month-end closing activities and contribute to management reporting.Reconciliations & AuditsPrepare monthly financial reports for submission to the Cyprus office.Perform semi-monthly and monthly bank reconciliations.Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts and prepare schedules for audit and analysis.Assist internal and external auditors during audits.Tax & Statutory ComplianceCompute quarterly corporate income taxes.Monitor and ensure timely filing of government reports (BIR, SEC, BOI).Assist with other statutory requirements, including municipal permits.Additional ResponsibilitiesPrepare ad hoc reports and other accounting-related tasks as required.Required Qualifications & CompetenciesBachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (CPA preferred)Minimum 3 years of experience in general accountingStrong proficiency in financial software and applicationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication skills, both written and verbalStrong leadership qualities, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented mindset
