Also, organize and hold meetings to discuss scopes ofimprovements.Motivate all staff members and essentially creating a space that acts like an inquiry zone. Here the staff members can ask questions and also voice their concerns.Update work schedules and perform troubleshooting as and when required.Write progress reports efficiently and deliver presentations to all the relevant stakeholders.Be transparent with the entire team regarding challenges, failures, and successes as well.Work Location : Cubao Quezon City
