Salary:
Php 106,000 Work Set-up: Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB: ☑️Proficient in Cantonese and conversational-proficient in English ☑️Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses. ☑️Open to Foreign Nationals with a permanent visa. ☑️Having experience in customer service and sales is a big advantage ☑️Having experience in the BPO industry is a big plus. ☑️Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. ☑️Must be proficient in computers (MS Office, Internet) ☑️Knowledgeable in navigating websites and the internet RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION: ☑️Assisting customers with ticket purchases, transfers, and refunds. ☑️Handling issues like missing tickets, delayed delivery, or invalid tickets. ☑️Supporting payment concerns and billing disputes. ☑️Helping with account access issues (login, verification, security). ☑️Managing complaints from buyers and sellers. ☑️Coordinating with internal teams for ticket resolution or escalation cases. ☑️Respond to customers’ inquiries about bookings, promos, and reservations through email and chat. ☑️Ensures that the customer’s requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner. ☑️Responsible for handling and managing reservations and cancellations of bookings.
