Location:
Cebu City Schedule: Midshift Schedule | (Monday to Friday at 12 noon to 9 pm)
Salary:
Php90,000
- Php100,000 Work Set-up: Work On-site
BENEFITS:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Open to Filipino and Filipinos who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Bachelor's Degree holder.
- Having an exposure in logistics, financial analysis, with exposure to ERP/MRP systems and customer management is a plus.
- With atleast 2 years of experience in handling a team.
- With experience in accounting software and systems. JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor team performance using KPI reports, scorecards, and service level agreements (SLAs) to achieve operational targets and maintain service quality.
- Oversee logistics audit processes to identify, investigate, and resolve audit exceptions while ensuring compliance with client requirements and established procedures.
- Collaborate with carriers, clients, and cross-functional teams to resolve escalations, address concerns, and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Lead and supervise a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors managing client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, ensuring accurate and timely completion of audit operations.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and work instructions while providing coaching and guidance to team members to improve performance and operational efficiency. RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
