Duties & Responsibilities:Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedbackCreate detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test casesDesign, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source toolsIdentify, record, document thoroughly and track bugsPerform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolvedDevelop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needsCoordinate with the product and development teams to identify system requirementsMonitor debugging process resultsInvestigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutionsTrack quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect countsStay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategiesJob QualificationsProven work experience as a UI/UX Designer for a software solutions company or similar roleStrong knowledge of the latest UI design principles, patterns, trends, and best practices for designing software solutionsPortfolio of design projectsKnowledge of wireframe tools Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Suite, Figma and the likeTeam spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholdersGood time-management skillsWORK SETUP: ONSITE IN MAKATI (8 AM - 5 PM)
