Php 100,000 Work Set-up: Work On-site JOB
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in Cantonese and conversational-proficient in English
- Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
- Open to no related experience.
- Having customer service experience is an advantage.
- Having BPO experience is a big plus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer handling skills. JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone regarding transportation services, logistics operations, and delivery-related concerns.
- Provide assistance with shipment tracking, package updates, delivery status, and resolution of logistics-related issues.
- Manage requests for refunds, returns, and order adjustments while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support order processing activities, including order changes, cancellations, and delivery schedule updates.
- Collaborate with internal departments to investigate and resolve customer concerns while maintaining efficient service delivery.
- Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and service requests while ensuring a high standard of customer support. RECRUITMENT PROCESS: (ONLINE PROCESS)
