We're in need of a hands-on, experienced, and trustworthy Accounting Head who can lead our finance team and help the company stay financially healthy.
You’ll be handling bookkeeping, payroll, government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), billing and collections, and more. You must be ready to train, guide, and manage people and be confident in using tools like QuickBooks.
No need to be a CPA — what we’re after is real skill, leadership, and honesty.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full bookkeeping and accounting operations
- Checking payroll, billing, and client collection
- Ensure SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other government remittances are accurate and on time
- Use QuickBooks for accounting tasks
- Create monthly financial reports and updates
- Monitor collection targets and follow up with clients
- Assist in planning budgets and managing cash flow
- Coordinate with management for financial decisions

Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Accounting course
- With minimum of 5 years experience in accounting related to products and services
- Knows QuickBooks
- With service contracting knowledge (big plus)
- Objective and Honest – must be trustworthy with sensitive information
- Good in communication and leadership
- Can manage people and time well
- Willing to be trained and flexible with tasks
- Experience in collections and client handling is a plus
- CPA license is not required – but solid knowledge is a must
