REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Mandarin and conversational-proficient in English Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses. Open to no related experience. Having customer service experience is an advantage. Having BPO experience is a big plus Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer handling skills. JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate with customers via phone calls to address transportation, logistics, and delivery-related inquiries. Assist customers with package tracking, shipment updates, delivery status, and shipping concerns. Process customer requests for refunds, returns, and order-related concerns in accordance with company policies and procedures. Support customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and delivery updates to ensure a smooth customer experience. Coordinate with internal departments and logistics teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently and provide timely solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and case resolutions while delivering exceptional customer service.
