Peoplesoft Programmer

Key Responsibilities:• Responsible for developing or enhancing component and system-level applications running in the PeopleSoft environment, and going through the full software development lifecycle. • Analyze functional and technical requirements, data, codes, applications or systems, design, code and/or debug applications, integrate components, test software for quality assurance, deploy to test and production environments, and transition to production support groups.• Provides and keeps up-to-date all relevant documents or artifacts. • Provides inputs and updates for project planning and project management.• Work in a team environment, reporting to PS Support or Dev & Maintenance • Must be able to make sound decisions based on incomplete information, under pressure and maintain project focus. • Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.Non-negotiable Skills:• Must have at least three to five years of programming experience in PeopleTools and PeopleCode, Knowledgeable in Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR • Knowledgeable in SQL and Oracle DB • Knowledgeable in DB2 or Mainframe is a plusJob Qualifications:• Willing to work on shifting schedule as needed • Excellent oral and written English communication skills • Ability to communicate clearly on technical matters with non-technical people• Knowledge in ServiceNow, Jira is a plusDuration: 3 monthsHeadcount: 2
