We need ROVING TECHNICIAN for Food Manufacturing in ParanaqueQualifications:Educational Background:- A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electro mechanics.- Technical or vocational training in mechanical and electrical systems, ideally with a focus on food production equipment.Experience:- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, particularly in the food industry or a related manufacturing environment.- Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining food processing equipment such as conveyors, mixers, ovens, packaging machines, and refrigeration units.- Experience in performing preventive maintenance and repairs in multiple locations or stores is preferred.Technical Skills:- Proficiency in electrical systems (e.g., wiring, motors, control panels) and mechanical systems (e.g., pumps, gearboxes, bearings).- Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and automation systems used in food production.- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and other food safety regulations.- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics for electrical and mechanical systems.Soft Skills:- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to quickly resolve equipment failures.- Time management and the ability to prioritize urgent repairs and preventive maintenance tasks across multiple store locations.- Strong communication skills to liaise with store management and external service providers.- Preferably with motorcycle.
