Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 Required Experience: > Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering > Must be a licensed Civil Engineer > At least 3 years of similar experience in estimates and QS works > Strong analytical, communication, presentation skills, and attention to detail. > Results-oriented, team-player with strong interpersonal skills. > Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao, Laguna === Responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of company rules and regulations, quality policies, systems, and procedures. > Supervise all aspects of rebars, including proper installation and dismantling of forms, and concreting works. > Interpret and execute plans and specifications accurately. > Control the overall inter-phasing of structural works. > Coordinate and assist contractors in executing work assignments. > Enforce the implementation of quality plans and objectives. > Conduct quantity take-offs and due diligence based on approved plans and specifications. > Monitor and evaluate the quality of all finishing works. > Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the project site. > Coordinate with suppliers regarding the schedule of material deliveries. > Monitor and evaluate change orders. > Coordinate plans and designs endorsed by the Head Office. > Prepare and submit the necessary documents and reports required by Management. > Monitor the withdrawal of materials based on BOQ and GMQ. > Assist the Project Superintendent in monitoring the project's accomplishment
