Key Responsibilities:Procurement Management• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining high-quality standards.• Source and evaluate suppliers for truck parts and maintenance services, ensuring they meet TOP1movers' quality and reliability standards.• Negotiate contracts, terms, and prices with suppliers to achieve the best possible value for the companyFleet Maintenance Coordination:• Collaborate with the fleet maintenance team to understand requirements and ensure timely procurement of necessary parts and services.• Maintain an accurate inventory of truck parts and supplies, anticipating needs and preventing shortage or overstock situations.Vendor Management:• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.Cost Control and Budgeting:• Manage purchasing budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.• Analyze purchasing data to identify trends, cost- saving opportunities, and potential improvements in the procurement process.Compliance and Documentation:• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, contracts, and transactions.Reporting and Analysis:• Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities, supplier performance, and inventory levels to management.• Utilize data to make informed decisions and recommendations for procurement strategies. Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, with a strong focus on Truck Maintenance and Parts Requisitions.• Proven Experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.• In-depth knowledge of truck maintenance procedures and parts requirements.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.• Ability to work independently and as a part of team in fast-paced environment.
