Administrative Support: - Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage inquiries from clients and staff. - Handle general office duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry. - Assist with preparing and maintaining branch-related reports, documents, and spreadsheets. - Manage scheduling of appointments, meetings, and events. - Ensure the branch is fully stocked with necessary office supplies and materials.Customer Service: - Greet clients and visitors, providing a welcoming atmosphere. - Assist customers with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel. - Ensure customer complaints and issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.Record keeping and Documentation: - Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer details, and other business documents. - Prepare and update reports related to branch operations, sales, and staff performance. - Ensure the confidentiality and security of all branch records.Finance Support: - Assist with invoicing, processing payments, and maintaining financial records. - Help with the preparation of financial reports and budgets.Inventory Management: - Monitor stock levels of office supplies and other branch-related materials. - Ensure that any necessary orders are placed in a timely manner.Team Support: - Provide administrative assistance to branch managers, supervisors, and other staff members. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.Compliance and Safety: - Ensure that branch operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.Qualifications:College graduate in Business administration or any course related.Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus.Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of office software (MS Office Suite, email, etc.)Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
