San Miguel Ave., Pasig City We are looking for an experienced Fulfillment Manager who can lead warehouse and fulfillment operations, manage teams, and ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. If you have strong leadership and logistics experience, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in fulfillment or warehouse management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in inventory and warehouse management systems
• Knowledge of shipping and logistics regulations
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with process improvement methodologies
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Customer-focused mindset
• Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily order fulfillment operations
• Manage warehouse staff and logistics teams
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing and shipping
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock levels
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Resolve fulfillment issues and customer complaints
• Manage budgets and control operational costs
• Train and develop team members
