About the job: Store Manager (QC) | Onsite Target Start Date: 1st week of February 2026 Shift: Rotating Shift with 2 days off Work Setup: 100% Onsite (Quezon City) Responsibilities: Store managers are skilled in motivating, developing, and leading large teams while maintaining a strong focus on values, behaviors, and effective communication.Leading with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset with the ability to think strategically, interpret data, and respond swiftly to changing business and customer demands.Have a proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels, manage expectations, and collaborate effectively as a team player.Strong attention to detail, supported by excellent planning skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining store productivity and efficiency.Remain composed under pressure, able to adapt to challenging situations and maintain a high level of self-control.Remain open to feedback, focused on self-improvement, and driven to identify opportunities to enhance team and business performance. Requirements: At least 5 years of full-time retail work, with at least 3 years of that in a store manager-level capacityAmenable to be on rotating scheduleExcel in data-driven decision-making by utilizing analytical tools (Power BI, Excel) to forecast sales, manage budgets, and optimize store performance.Have strong leadership and change management skills, with a focus on team-building and effective communication to foster a positive work culture.Demonstrate solid commercial acumen, including financial analysis, store budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
