Job Description As a Manager, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Core responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to managers and above.Establish effective working relationships directly with clients.Contribute to the development of your own and your team's technical acumen.Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues.Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.Continue to develop internal relationships and your brand. Must-have requirements 7+ years experience in SalesforceExperience with Financial Service Cloud, nCino or Public Sector SolutionsExperience with Omnistudio (NTH but very useful)Experience with deployment tools and repository managementGood experience in SFDC configuration and mapping features to the business requirements.Experience in data migration using SFDC import and export utilities.People and Stakeholder Management experienceExcellent communication skillsGood behavior Additional desirable requirements Experience in implementing integration solutions between CRM, ERP, and Financial systemsStrong RDBMS knowledge and building SQL queries.Experience in working with HTML, CSS, Ajax, JavaScript, and JQuery.Training and leading staffUse case or examples leveraging AI to accelerate development activitiesExperience with designing and delivering solutions with nCinoExperience designing or delivering solutions K
