Claim and Reconciliation Senior Associate

General Description
The Claim and Reconciliation Senior Associate will manage the end-to-end process of vendor debit ACOP and special pricing claims. This includes claim submission, collections, rejection handling, and resolution of exceptions. The role requires advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, strong dispute resolution capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across functions. The portfolio includes HP, a high-value and complex vendor, requiring careful oversight, attention to detail, and strong coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end processing of vendor debit ACOP and special pricing claims.
Monitor collections and ensure timely resolution of outstanding claims.
Investigate and resolve rejections, disputes, and exceptions within the portfolio.
Perform root cause analysis of discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to address issues and ensure compliance.
Provide oversight for high-value vendor accounts, with a particular focus on HP.
Prepare and deliver reports to track claim performance and support audit requirements.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience handling high-volume transactions with accuracy.
Knowledge of exception and dispute resolution processes.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in ERP or finance systems (SAP experience is an advantage).
Background in vendor debits, claims, reconciliation, or P2P processes is preferred.
