Job Requirements:
✨ Bachelor’s Degree Holder
✨At least 3 – 5 years of work experience as Product/ Retail Trainer in Home Appliance Industry.
✨Experience working in sales data and inventory
✨Knowledgeable in data management systems and reporting tools
✨Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
✨ Plan and conduct promoter trainings (2-day onboarding, monthly product/selling skills, quarterly or per product launch), including sessions based on dealer requests.
✨ Develop and localize training materials (all category)
✨ Assess training effectiveness by tracking attendance, performance, and identifying skill gaps with corresponding training recommendations.
✨ Support sales performance initiatives by documenting and sharing promoters’ success stories in selling key models.
✨ Manage training-related operations, including coordination with dealers and handling distribution of GCash incentives.
