Production Head

PRODUCTION HEADQualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in a similar field- preferably 4-5 years of experience in related field- must know GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes) with regards to production (experience in cosmetics, Homecare and personal care production an advantage).- has an in-depth knowledge of production management, risk management, and safety regulations.- has excellent organization, time management, and leadership skills.- amenable to work in Bulacan area.- can start asapDuties & Responsibilities:- oversees the production process and coordinates all activities to ensure enough resources on hand.- plan workers’ schedules, estimate costs, and prepare budgets to ensure workflow meets required deadlines.- organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines- monitor production to resolve issues- supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel- ensure output meets quality standards- enforce health and safety precautions- report to upper management
