Your Role:

As a Financial Controller, you will:

● Financial Leadership: Oversee the financial function, including accounting, budgeting,

forecasting, and financial reporting.

● Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement

financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

● Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and

provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

● Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements,

including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

● Compliance: Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting

standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP), and internal controls.

● Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's

assets.

● Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing

guidance, mentorship, and training.

● Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate financial information to senior

management, investors, and other stakeholders.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

● CPA qualified with at least 5 years of post-qualifying relevant experience as head of

finance for a large PHP-based group

● Excellent communicator, both verbal and written

● Confident in dealing with senior managers

● Commercially savvy and strategically focused

● Ability to work autonomously, providing direction to the operational managers and

making sound and sensible decisions

● High standards of integrity and work ethic

Preferred skills/expertise/experience

● BPO industry preferred
